All Change is run by a dedicated core team with a voluntary Board of Directors. Our projects are designed and delivered in partnership with an exceptional group of Associate Artists, Creative Producers, Young Creatives aged 16–25 and Community Producers, including former participants.

Board member
Gwen started teaching English, Drama and Media Studies becoming a Head in Islington where she was committed to increasing the school's community provision.

Aaron Cezar is the founding Director of Delfina Foundation, where he curates and develops its interrelated programme of residencies, exhibitions and public platforms.

Samir grew up in Newington Green and lives in Holloway. After studying Classics at Wadham College, Oxford University, he became assistant curator at Islington Museum before moving to set up the museum at Arsenal F.C..

Nisha is an experienced marketing professional specialising in in digital marketing and MarTech. Coming from a family of professional musicians in India, she has always been involved in music and theatre.
Chair of the Board
Neshaat was introduced to All Change via her employer’s philanthropic activities in 2013 and remained a friend the company until she joined the board in 2016.
