Emma is passionate about creating inclusive, people-centred arts experiences. For her, art should be accessible, collaborative, and meaningful to the people involved. She works alongside communities to create spaces where people can share their ideas, experiences, and creativity.

Alongside this, she has worked as a Young Grant Maker with Islington Giving supporting and making decisions about funding for youth-led ideas and community projects. She has also contributed creatively to All Change by designing a range of materials and visual content, bringing her creative skills into her wider community arts work.

Emma has been on a journey with All Change for 15 years, starting as a participant and now working as a Community Producer. Her journey has given her a unique perspective and shaped her understanding of the value and impact of creative opportunities for people and the community, the importance of giving people a space to express themselves, connect with others, and shape the work they are a part of.
