A partnership project with Impact Hub Islington and Koreo, commissioned by Islington Council’s Play and Youth Team, supporting young people to make a difference in their community.

All Change is employing teams of young people aged 16-25 as Young Creatives to work with us, and with cross sector professionals – chosen based on their areas of expertise - to explore, ‘redesign’ and pilot new projects to tackle local challenges.  The first of these projects has used creative workshop methods to develop a new model of paid work experience – designed to suit young people. In 2019, 3 young people aged 16-25 undertook pilot paid opportunities with social enterprises based at Impact Hub Islington to test this model. Learning is being shared with local employers and employment services, with the aim of improving outcomes for local young people entering the world of work. A project with Furtherfield in 2018, saw young women develop a campaign on Instagram to tackle Period Poverty – raising money, matched by Hey Girls! social enterprise, and supplying £500 of period products to The Tricky Period – a local library initiative providing free products to women who need them.
