Chair of the Board

Jim Mason is the Chair of All Change. He founded the company in 1985 and as its Artistic Director for ten years produced and directed numerous community plays and combined arts projects.

Gwen started teaching English, Drama and Media Studies becoming a Head in Islington where she was committed to increasing the school's community provision.

Aaron Cezar is the founding Director of Delfina Foundation, where he curates and develops its interrelated programme of residencies, exhibitions and public platforms.

Rita Dhut has almost 25 years of varied investment experience winning awards and gaining external recognition for her Fund Management career.

Samir grew up in Newington Green and lives in Holloway. After studying Classics at Wadham College, Oxford University, he became assistant curator at Islington Museum before moving to set up the museum at Arsenal F.C.

Neshaat was introduced to All Change via her employer’s philanthropic activities in 2013 and remained a friend the company until she joined the board in 2016.
