Brecknock Festival

All Change worked with the tenants’ association to produce a weekend festival on the Brecknock Estate – the first held for many years. 

It celebrated the completion of the estate’s refurbishment and formed part of ongoing work by the tenants’ association to create a sense of pride and community on the estate.
