All Change!

All Change is changing…

Following a year-long process of reflection, consultation and reimagining with our community, we’re embarking on an exciting and transformative new phase this year.

After 40 years developing socially-engaged arts with communities in north London - delivering more than 120 projects with over 30,000 participants and over 400 artists - our ambition is to become community-led as a whole organisation.

To ignite and shape this change we are creating a new Community Voice Panel of members from our community, who will meet regularly and be paid for their time. They  will be at the heart of programming, community listening and decision-making; helping us to develop ambitious new projects, identify priorities and set themes for our work  Alongside this, they will work with us to pilot and programme a new member-led Community Arts Social Club where our community can connect, celebrate and share creative work.

We’re currently raising funds, making connections and building a network of supporters, partners and advisors who will help us shape and launch this exciting new phase.
