Transcript of conversation with Shakira (Shauntelle’s younger sister, aged 10) following a viewing of the Inspire animations.

Hi Shakira, can you tell me what you’ve just seen?

I’ve seen some people who’ve made a film out of babies stuff and about babies.

And what did you think of it?

I thought it was really great how they made puppets and stuff out of baby’s stuff and how someone wrote a poem about what they do when they wake up in the mornings.

Oh yes that was Emma’s about her real day and her perfect day. What was your best bit about that?

How she said that when she wakes up she feeds the baby and then she watches Jeremy Kyle.

Do you like Jeremy Kyle as well then?

Yeah!

Which was your favourite puppet from the other animations?

It would have to be the first one with the baby shoe, naughty tafari.

What did you think of the presentation?

I think they tried really hard what they did and I think it was brilliant. They did really well. From what they showed me I’d like to do something like that as well.
