Inspire! project has given me the opportunity to learn new skills and develop my communication skills. I particularly enjoyed creative writing with Paul and Judith. These sessions helped me use my imagination then with the help of Carl we brought our stories to life by making puppets and filming them to make short sequence films.
However, some of these sessions I didn’t quite like parts of, for instance, lying on the floor and singing nursery rhymes felt quite silly and irrelevant and I know a lot of the other girls did not enjoy this either.
Working with Russ, Charlie and Tracey was the best part of inspire. They allowed us to be hands on with the equipment and make a lot of suggestions. They allowed us to make our web sites our own and make us feel proud of our end results. They were great at explaining how each piece of equipment worked and helped us while we used it.
This inspire I feel will be the same in the sense that I will enjoy it and get to meet a whole new group of people and tutors. I have already met one new tutor called Jessica and she is really nice. I would like to keep on doing the sounds and visual arts but would also like to do a bit of creative writing and even reading as this is my hobby.
